Order processing
Orders are processed after successful validation of account eligibility, stock, applicable pricing, GST treatment and payment or approved credit terms.
Dispatch
Dispatch timing depends on product availability, order size, payment verification and delivery destination. Trade orders may require additional handling due to pack, carton or bulk quantities.
Delivery status
The production order workflow supports Order Placed, Accepted, Processing, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery and Delivered states with timestamps for completed steps.
Address responsibility
Customers should maintain complete and accurate billing and shipping information, including city, state, state code and PIN code. Shipping state is used as place of supply unless business configuration specifies otherwise.
